Would you like to set the direction forZero Trust and Identityfor a $50B company and its entire eco-system of partners that follow?  As one of the first cross platform solutions, CrowdStrike is banking on taking its leadership on EDR to other markets like Zero Trust.   And there is a ton of recent market awareness and demand in this area (like theBiden Executive Order,Solarwindshack, andCrowdStrike’s CEO congressional testimony). This is a huge $39B market that you can help us achieve. As the leader in security, your work will be visible globally and help shape innovation and thought leadership for the entire cyber industry. 

CrowdStrike is looking for a Sr/Director Product Marketing Manager to help drive awareness and adoption of our Identity Protection products. You will work with the best in the business, and we need you to bring your creativity, imagination and energy to this new role. As a Sr/Director Product Marketing Manager for Identity Protection, you will engage cross-functionally with our internal teams to help design, plan and execute the go-to-market strategy that drives measurable success. This will include content development and building differentiated messaging to increase awareness and demand.

You are an experienced product marketer ready to take on a challenge. You are a self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced environment. You’ll have experience working with a distributed team, and you will relish in taking ownership of the product marketing activities. A creative mindset and an eye for quality are crucial, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical topics into simple, compelling messages. This is not an entry-level position, you must be able to provide examples demonstrating your knowledge and experience based on your written, spoken, and presentation content, sales enablement, and other supporting assets as part of the interview process.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Create compelling, differentiated messaging and positioning, with a clear understanding of the target customer and the core capabilities of the offering.

  • Develop and keep fresh content including collateral, thought leadership and solution presentations, website content, videos, blogs, by-lined articles and more to execute communication strategies and accelerate the buyer’s journey.

  • Position our sales and channel organizations to win through effective sales enablement tools and initiatives including battlecards, playbooks, training, demos, and competitive updates.

  • Help with the planning and launch of new offerings, capabilities and releases and participate in managing the cross-functional implementation of those plans.

  • Stay abreast of industry news and events, industry analyst reports and social activity. Leverage these to educate key constituents and to drive awareness and demand generation.

What You’ll Need 

  • A passion for cyber security and the continuous learning that comes as part of this field

  • 7+ years of security software product marketing experience. Experience in identity and identity security related areas strongly desired.

  • Bachelor’s in business or marketing or engineering

  • A passion for converting complex, technical topics into audience appropriate content based on your very strong written communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues, cross-functional teams and third parties

  • Strong ability to multitask with proven track record of execution on product launches, initiatives/programs, sales and channel deal support

A candidate’s final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors to include, but not limited to relevant work experience, skills, and certifications.
