About the Role :

Our Human Resources Team is growing, and we are seeking a Global Immigration Specialist to monitor and respond to both immigrant, non-immigrant and business immigration inquiries globally. CrowdStrike and this team are exceptionally fast-paced working in a dynamic environment, always focused on providing excellent customer service.

Primary Responsibilities

  • To coordinate the global Foreign National life cycle, including candidate immigration assessments, new hire visa case initiations, immigration change of status, amendments, extensions, business travel and permanent residency.

  • Drive communications with employees, candidates, recruiters, and our external counsel.

  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders such as HR operations, HR business partners, business leaders, payroll, legal, compensation, stock, tax and security.

  • Monitor available reporting, conducting audits for compliance, expirations, and next steps.

  • Ensure records maintenance is complete and locally compliant

  • Maintain support within the designated Service Level Agreements found in our ServiceNow ticketing system.

  • Assist in research and implementation of new immigration locations globally.

  • Document processes and suggest process improvements to the team

  • Additional projects and tasks to be assigned.

Required Skills

  • Minimum BS, BA Degree or equivalent, MBA or equivalent preferred

  • Minimum 4+ years’ experience in a global immigration, paralegal or similar role

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment

  • Clear, tactful and professional verbal and written communication

  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations professionally, while influencing towards compliance

  • Demonstrated self-learning capabilities with strong initiative to problem-solve

  • Excellent, kind and responsive customer service for both internal and external customers

  • Collaborative, process-oriented and organized approach to daily tasks in a dynamic and multinational organization

  • Aptitude to quickly find critical information, ask questions and then make decisions

  • Ability to maintain the utmost integrity, sensitivity, and confidentiality in all we do

  • Shift Time – 2PM – 11PM IST
