About the Role:

  • Ensures accurate and timely processing of Sales orders & invoices

  • Address and solve client questions and issues

  • Following company guidelines, billing procedures to ensure compliance

  • Resolving any errors or discrepancies with customer billing, or billing reports

  • Manages monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information

  • Assisting the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports

  • Ad hoc projects, as deemed necessary

Core Competencies:

  • Commerce graduate / MBA Finance

  • 2-4 Years of Experience in Accounting. (Preferably in Billing)

  • Good knowledge of Project review and T&M billing

  • Sound Accounting knowledge and understanding

  • High degree of attention to detail and trustworthiness

  • Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel

  • Understanding of ERP. NetSuite experience is preferred

  • Excellent communication skills are must with a good command over written and spoken English

  • Experience with a “Shared Resource Centre” will be a big plus

  • A self-starter and team player

  • Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills

  • Shift time – 2PM – 11PM IST
