About our Services Sales Role:

As a Services Sales Executive (SSE), you will be responsible for developing and driving the CrowdStrike Services business across ANZ.  The role will consist of driving new business opportunities, growing existing client relationships and helping to develop the Services go to market across the region.

To meet and exceed your individual sales quota, you will drive the sales cycle to success. You will meet the client’s requirements, be able to position yourself as a trusted advisor and be responsible for responsible positioning the CrowdStrike services portfolio.

Possessing excellent energy and drive and a real desire to build business across a portfolio of accounts and develop a sales ecosystem across the region. They will have the ability to build effective relationships quickly and to find valuable business within each account immediately that can then be enhanced by leveraging internal and external resources. Key Accountabilities:

  • Act as CrowdStrike ambassador for Services within the ANZ region and build a business that can continue to scale.

  • Work closely with internal and external resources to build a successful pipeline to meet and exceed your individual sales quota

  • Identify new business opportunities whilst establishing, developing and maintaining relationships up to executive-levels within your assigned portfolio

  • Identify new business opportunities and prepare detailed regional development plans, engagement strategies and targets for the ANZ and Asia territory.

  • Network within the client’s business and influence key decision makers, typically at C-level

  • Articulate and promote the company’s value proposition and services to become a trusted advisor within your customer base

  • Working in collaboration with internal teams and to lead a virtual team to drive and close opportunities

  • Take control of opportunities and accurately forecast their business objectives and outcomes.

  • Actively engage our prospective customers to identify new opportunities for CrowdStrike. 

  • Run a sophisticated Sales process from Prospecting to Closure.

  • Work with our Regional Sales Managers to collaborate and execute plans to qualify and close enterprise business.

  • Collaborate with our Sales Engineers (SE’s) to devise and execute account strategies and plans.  

  • Partner with our Channel Team to drive both net-new and recurring revenue.

  • Forecast and report updates to management team.

  • Provide exceptional and high touch customer service, including escalation and coordination of support issues as needed.

  • Become an insider within the Cyber Security Industry and become an expert at expert of CrowdStrike products.

  • Stay well educated and informed as to the CrowdStrike competitive landscape and how to sell the value of our solutions and services when compared to the relevant competitors in the Next Generation Endpoint market space. 

Qualities of our ideal CrowdStriker:

  • Proven successful track record in a similar role selling services solutions to Enterprise customers.

  • Ideally the candidate would have experience of building a territory and brand from the early stages.

  • Experience selling consultative solutions into C-level Executives to Evaluator-level Engineers.

  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly.

  • Experience within Cyber Security is preferred, and experience selling IR (Incident Response) solutions is an advantage

  • Capable of closing solutions and services opportunities

  • Experience managing an entire sales cycle from start to finish.

  • Track record of exceeding expectations in an individually focused, quota carrying role.

  • Technical aptitude and ability to learn new business and technical concepts quickly.

  • Sales experience generating net new business.

  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

  • Ability to create and deliver value propositions

  • Ability to identify and influence key decision makers

  • Strong business acumen and professionalism. Leadership, accountability qualities required

  • experience preferable

  • Competitive nature, but also a collaborative team player.

  • May require modified work hours to accommodate accounts in other time zones, and minimal, but occasional travel for accounts that require a higher touch to achieve closure.
